Skull Spider with SpiderwebItem #: 19717
Skull Spider with Spiderweb
The spiders in the vault create their webs around skulls, in order to catch the flies developping inside the body.
A miracle of evolution: These particular spiders learned that the skulls of dead humans eventually would be crawling with maggots. So they created their webs over the eye sockets, lower jaw and ear canals. When the maggots turned into flies, they could not leave the skull, but were caught in the spiders' webs. This way the spider could feed on them until the maggots had emptied the skull. The bone-coloured polyresin skull is covered with a black cobweb. The centre of the spiderweb is on the skullcap. A big spider with a red plastic gem body is crawling towards the centre. The skullcap of this creepy accessory is removable, so you can store some Maden UV luminous (48 St), Fat houseflies or Giant Ants 72 PCS inside it.
