DHL Priority orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same business day (Mon–Fri).
Requirements for DHL EXPRESS
- Available within Germany only
- Orders and payments received before 2:00 PM are delivered on the next business day (Mon–Fri).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered on the following business day after next (Mon–Fri).
- Available only with Credit Card, Amazon Pay or PayPal.
- Delivery to DHL parcel lockers or post offices is not possible.

Shipping with DHL
All domestic parcels are shipped with DHL. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can use this link or visit DHL directly to check the current status of your shipment and track your parcel at any time.

Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import charges such as VAT and customs duties may apply.
