The cheeky witch toddler costume is in two parts and consists of a black witch hat with a purple satin ribbon and a cute dress. The black dress has a velvet top with a pink insert framed by silver sequin trim and black decorative lacing. The short sleeves are made of black tulle printed with silver stars. The neckline and sleeves are also decorated with purple and pink tulle inserts. The black skirt has a tapered cut and is covered by pink and purple tulle strips, which in turn are covered by black tulle with glitter stars. This creates a chic layered look.
