The skin must be clean, dry, and free of oil and makeup. After removing the protective film, press the design onto the skin and completely soak the paper backing with a damp cloth. After about 30 seconds, you can peel off the paper and, if necessary, gently rinse the tattoo with water or use translucent powder to remove any shine.
