When activated, the head pops up, the eyes light up red and Mr. Smiles speaks English sentences accompanied by scary circus music. It is triggered by loud noises such as clapping or touching (set the switch under the back of the head to "ON"). Alternatively, operation is possible via a step mat (not included).
