When activated by loud noises or touch (switch to "ON"), the head and arms jerk upwards, while the head lights up and English scary sentences and eerie screams sound. Alternatively, the figure can be operated with an optional Step Pad doormat (not included). It is powered by 4 x AA batteries (not included).
