- Remove the clear protective film. Press the tattoo firmly onto clean, dry skin with the design side facing down.
- Hold a damp cloth against the back of the tattoo, press it firmly, and make sure the paper backing is completely soaked.
- Wait 30 seconds (don't rush it). Peel off the backing paper.
- REMOVAL: Soak the tattoo with rubbing alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds, and then rub it off with a cotton ball. Or remove it from dry skin using several strips of clear household tape.
