To apply, place it on clean, dry skin that’s free of oil and makeup, then completely saturate the paper backing with a damp cloth. After about 30 seconds, the paper can be peeled off. Water or translucent powder can then be used to reduce the shine. According to the product instructions, rubbing with rubbing alcohol or baby oil is recommended for removal.
